Files and folders
I enjoyed this article by Jeffrey Zeldman about organising files in folders.
This matches my experiences pretty well. I love the control of nice tidy folders on my computer, backed up on hard-drives and Dropbox, and avoid iPhoto / Photos, iCloud, and all that mystical stuff.
